This call is a Japan-UK bilateral research collaboration programme that explicitly targets UK research organisations eligible for EPSRC funding and Japanese institutions eligible for NICT funding. Acme Corporation, as a European semiconductor/AI company, is ineligible for both pathways and falls outside the geographic and institutional scope of this bilateral initiative.
