FS4Africa Open Call 2 provides financial support to innovation hubs (single entities only, no consortia) to mentor and accelerate innovative business concepts including social innovation and upscaling in food safety. The call will select at least 5 sub-projects through a Financial Support to Third Parties mechanism, with a total budget of €200,000 and a deadline of 31 August 2026.

This call is focused on food safety innovation in Africa, which is entirely outside Acme Corporation's semiconductor and AI domain. The call targets innovation hubs providing mentoring and accelerating food-related business concepts, with no connection to the client's strategic priorities in semiconductors, AI, deep tech, or any other stated technology area.

Description

FS4Africa Open Call 2 (OC2) aims to provide financial support to third parties (innovation hubs) and will only accept applications from single entities per proposal (no Consortia allowed). Applicants (single entities) are expected to provide mentoring and accelerating innovative business concepts, including social innovation and upscaling. The project will select at least 5 sub-projects in total providing Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP), as a mechanism to maximise the project’s impact and accelerate network expansion. Budget: €200 000
