"Last mile" 2026

Résumé

This is the fourth fixed connectivity call launched by Digital Wallonia (the Digital Wallonia Agency) to implement the 'Last Mile' action, targeting areas with very high-speed broadband (THD) connectivity deficits in Wallonia, Belgium. The call aims to connect more than 1,500 additional households by the end of September 2028, with an application deadline of 15 October 2026.

This call is a fixed broadband connectivity initiative targeting underserved areas in Wallonia, entirely focused on network infrastructure deployment rather than semiconductor, AI, or deep tech R&D. Acme Corporation's strategic priorities in semiconductors, AI, photonics, and advanced technology are orthogonal to a last-mile connectivity access program.

Description

Dans le cadre de la stratégie Digital Wallonia, l'Agence du Numérique lance le quatrième appel à projets de connectivité fixe pour la mise en œuvre de l'action "Last Mile" qui cible l'ensemble des zones en déficit de connectivité très haut débit (THD). L'objectif est de connecter plus de 1500 foyers supplémentaires d’ici fin septembre 2028.
